Jean's Online Art School is perfect for you! We have projects suitable for all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner, new to watercolour or a more accomplished artist but in need of some new inspiration!

A new tutorial is uploaded to the website every two weeks and will automatically be added to your membership account all the while your subscription is paid and active.

Once you have registered and created your online account you can login and view your tutorials by clicking the "Member Login" button in the top right of every page, or by clicking the “Member Login” tab in the site menu above. 

On the login page enter your email address and password to be taken straight to your tutorials.

You are not able to download the tutorial videos however, all tutorials are available via your online account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are available to view on your computer, tablet or even your phone, meaning you can keep up to date with the latest tutorials, demonstrations and projects at any time.

Our website is fully compatible with most up-to-date internet browsers and devices, however for the best results we would recommend updating your browser to the latest version to avoid interrupted video streaming & playback. 

The site also requires Javascript to be enabled on your device. Please check your browser preferences and ensure Javascript is turned on. If you are having difficulties viewing the website or tutorials our recommended web browser is Google Chrome which is available for free and compatible with the majority of devices.

If you are unable to log into your account you may be entering your email address or password incorrectly. Remember your email address and password is case sensitive so ensure you enter them correctly and do not mistakenly have the caps lock on!

If you have forgotten your password simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link below the login panel and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

We don’t have any contracts, which means you are free to cancel at any time. You can cancel your membership and future renewal payments from the Membership Portal pages of your account. Once cancelled your account will automatically revert to a free membership and you will no longer have access to the full length tutorials.

As always if you have any problems, questions or would simply prefer us to cancel your membership for you please just email us via the contact page and we will be happy to help you further. If, in the unlikely event you do decide to cancel your membership, your free user account will remain open on the site so you can simply log back on and manually renew your subscription at any time.
